My issue is not with the item, it’s the shipping that took almost a month to receive. They’ll say it’s when the item reaches the U.S is where the problem is. And I say no, it’s how you ship the items! Give an option for the customers to pay a little more for priority shipping. Been down this road far too many times with others sellers on etsy!
